Daily Gift, Jamaaliday Party and New Stone Theory

Hi people!
Today I don't really have that much of anything to share with you. But I am on winter break now! I plan on making much more posts during the break to get back on track. Also, in 2018, I really do want to talk with buddies more. It's just that I haven't had the time lately, and I miss all of them.
Anyways, here is the Daily Gift today:

I want to have a Jamaalidays Party or something... I don't expect a lot of people to come, but it'd be nice to hang out with a few people. The 'party' will be Saturday at 11:00 AM central time. Feel free to come to my den and talk!
Finally, in the new update, there was a mysterious stone introduced to us all. I guess it is pretty significant, because the alphas are trying to figure out what it is. 

I have a theory as to what this stone could be. If you visit the second floor of the Alpha Headquarters, there's a room with artifacts. On the wall, there are certain crystals displayed on the wall. But two are missing.

What if the new stone turns out to be one of these? It isn't that bad of an idea. Even though the mysterious stone isn't shaped like these, it might become one of the crystals soon, and have the power to help us in adventures.

Fman122's den

Hello men and women. Or aliens... I don't really know.
Today is my last day of school, and I plan on posting a lot during winter break. For the past few days, though, I haven't been posting because I've been sick. I'm pretty much feeling better now. But that's not what I'm here t say. Recently, it was possible to get into Fman122's den. There have been multiple videos on the internet about it, and they all came after a comment on Aparri's latest video.

Now, before you say this is fake because the person removed the portal now, it's not. I personally went through it and visited Fman122's den (I forgot to take screenshots.) There's even proof of people being at the den throughout various, recent youtube videos.

So, tell me what you think of this. Is it really Fman122? I don't think so. Somebody must've hacked the username into the game to troll people.

AJ Update 12/14

Hello people of Jamaa! Or animals... I don't really know...
So, today, I have had to do homework all night. And I literally mean that. But I have just enough time to squeeze in this update post! Earlier, the Jamaa Journal updated. But first, here is the daily gift for today.

Honestly, this update wasn't that great. Most of it was adding on to what we already had, and the other stuff we already knew about. Obviously, the New Year's party comes every year. I wish we got something new involved with the holiday theme.

So... lol... I'm back again today for another post! I updated the template for Christmas, and I hope you like it. 

Now, getting into this post, I just have a few updates on life to tell you about. My basketball season for school is now over, and that's a bittersweet feeling. I have one more thing this year, though: wrestling. Wrestling starts on January 4th. It won't affect my schedule as much as basketball because there's not as many meets as games. I'll still be posting. Hopefully, I can get back to daily posts in 2018, and talk with buddies more often.

Anyways, the daily gift today is the Candy Cane socks! 

I wonder if any of the Black socks were given out this year. Tell me if you know.

I noticed another hidden feature on one of the Jamaaliday items recently. At the time I'm writing this sentence, it's 6:51 pm. I took a screenshot of the time on my computer, and the time on the Jamaaliday Wreath Clock:

Both times are 6:51! The hidden feature/easter egg here is that the Jamaaliday Wreath Clock matches your time.

Updates of the Week

Hey guys! 
I haven't really had that much time to post this week. I've been so off schedule with my schoolwork, too, because I've been exhausted for the past week. It's time to get back to posting again, so let's go over the updates this week has brought. These are some of the Daily Gifts of the week:

A Post Compiled of Random Stuff

WHAT'S UP DUDES? It's your boy here back at it again with another post and today we're gonna be doing a post about some random stuff that I came up with so let's get right into shall we huh yeah okay let's go!
So... this post is just going to be some random stuff, as my crazy side told you. First of all, here's the Jamaaliday gift today.

Recently, I switched to my green deer, and noticed that the nametag didn't match the deer's color. I had to change it to green.

What if we could give each animal their own nametag? They could have their own badge and color to match their outfit. This would be better, because, as of now, all of my blue animals would have to have a green nametag. Know what I mean?

Jamaaliday Gift Glitch

Today is December 1st, and that meas the Jamaalidays are back. But I logged onto AJ today, and there was a glitch. I didn't get my daily gift. It just said that I already opened mine.

New Posting Method?

A comment by Lostfairy on the last post inspired what I will say today. So, I have a new idea: what if I didn't post daily updates every day, and instead of other things? I could blog about anything, really, but the main theme of my blog would still be Animal Jam. I'll probably be doing AJ related posts mostly, but there may be some updates in there. I'll also be making off topic posts that have to do with other things going on. I think I just find update posts boring now. Not a lot of people do them anymore, and I'm getting tired of them. I'll be switching to this new posting method now. I might be posting n the mornings sometimes, too. Keep in mind, though, that I won't always be able to post everyday!

Honestly, What's Required to Blog?

The answer to the title is passion. To continue blogging, you have to have a passion for it. I need to find out that it is my passion again. I really want to get back with daily posts, but it's difficult. I don't even think that I don't have enough time. It's just that, these days, I just can't get back on schedule. Did I lose my passion? I hope not. I will keep trying to return to daily posts though.

What is Nostalgia?

Hey guys!
I honestly haven't been sticking to any promises of posting I make. I'm not perfect, but I am trying. The reason I posted last year is because I had a passion for it. To be honest, I don't think I'm really enjoying it right now. I haven't even been properly posting sine this summer. But I do want to return to daily posting. It's a cool thing, and I want to regain my passion for it.
Anyways, what is nostalgia? I know what it is. But here is Google's definition.

A sentimental feeling... well, I've been experiencing these on Animal Jam lately. Like, what happened to the days when Bloggers were everywhere? Barely any blogs exist anymore and so many people have quit. What happened to the time where I could even speak to a single friend? I can't even talk to them on here anymore. And it's not their fault. It's just that I never do it. I'm being nostalgic because I miss the days that I would play AJ constantly, talk to friends constantly, and post constantly. They're all such great memories. Why do they no longer exist? I have a feeling that it is this one reason that I have in my mind, but I don't want to mention it. I just wish I could get more moments like the older days.
I'm not saying any years are better than others. Just like Nafaria9 said, you can't pick a year that is the best until the game is over itself. But I really miss these old memories and I can't seem to get any more these days.
I will be doing other posts today. In fact, multiple school vacations are coming up, and I think I might really return to the Blogger community again. I just need to post and stop procrastinating at night.

Ugh

Ugh, sometimes, I hate making mistakes.
For my school basketball team, I messed up badly today. We have six teams: Reserved C, Reserved B, Reserved A, JV, and Varsity.  It goes from 'less experienced' to 'experienced' respectively. Right now I'm either on the Varsity/JV team (they haven't picked our exact teams yet but organized our practices by who they think will make what) and I'm worried they might move me off the team. I did today's practice bad. I messed up the drills, but I knew myself that I had the potential to be better. I know I was not doing my best today, but when I'm around people that are better than me, it makes me nervous. That's what happened today at practice. Honestly, I'm thinking about quitting. I really don't want to cause my team to lose right now. Also, I don't know if basketball will really affect school this year, as I've really only played for Boys and Girls club in the past. That's a different story. I need to let out all my thoughts to you guys because my friends online are really intelligent, unlike the majority of people at my school. Should I quit? I don't feel like I'm good enough after everything today, and our Coach saw my mistakes. Even if I got moved down to the 'less experienced' team it would motivate me to quit. I hate making these kind of mistakes because my mind doesn't take things easily. I'll worry over the smallest things. 
Just, if you're reading this, give some advice? I feel weird asking this. I just need to know what I should do. 

Rare Book of Spells and Haunted Forest Party Secrets

Hi everyone!
Today I'm finally back for another update post with a new schedule. Hopefully this time I will be able to stick around every day again.
Anyways, today is Monday, and that means another RIM is in stores. Today's is the Rare Book of Spells!

Secondly, I'm going to share with you some secrets about the Haunted Forest party. More than likely, you'll know them. But these are just fun things you can do there. 
First of all, if you remain in 'the mist' (I'm making a Stephen King reference there...) you'll turn into a ghost.

The next secret here is about the bats. Not as many people know about this. If you click on the full moon, a ton of bats will come flying down.

A New Start and Schedule

Okay, you're probably thinking, "uhh why is this guy returning after such a long time". First of all, I've had to adjust to basketball practice every day for the past few weeks. It's been pretty hard this school year. I was actually getting back into posting until basketball season. I lost my schedule again. Now, I have yet another new schedule to follow, and I really want to make sure I stick to it. This schedule includes posting. So, from now on, you can expect posts, just as long as I don't procrastinate! (I think that's my least favorite word in the world at this point lol.)

Returning Boarded-Up Window + New Brick Item Idea

Hi guys! 
Today is Saturday and I have a bunch of things to post about. But first, before we get to them, here is the new item in stores today. It can be purchased at Jam Mart Furniture and continues the Halloween theme of items. 

Now, while I was at Epic Wonders, I came up with an idea. You see, there are only three types of brick available there: Gold, Silver and Bronze. What if there was a Diamond Brick? It would look like the ones below, but made completely out of diamond. I'm assuming it would cost diamonds, too.

I think it would be a cool item to collect.

Giant Phantom, Ghostly Items and Phantom Resemblances

Hola people of Jamaa!
Eww, I hate using those cringey intros; especially when they're so cheerful and happy. But you know what? I can't think of anything better right now lol.
So, today, I've been retaking a math test. Yep. I'm actually starting to like math. The concept of it is- well, interesting. It's just cool to figure out how everything works. I'm only retaking the latest math test because my mistakes were so stupid on it. If I would've subtracted properly and added a simple starting value, it'd would've been an A. Sometimes, my mind forgets the simplest things, but remembers stuff from 7+ years ago.
In stores today there are two new items. In Outback Imports there is the returning Giant Phantom. Over at the infamous Diamond Shop, there is a new set of Ghostly Items I never noticed before. They've been out for a while, though I think the Ghostly Window was just released today.

Lastly, at the Phantom Vortex, I noticed a pattern. I'm sure some of you have seen it before, but it's one of the things I've been oblivious to my whole life. The patterns on the floor in the Phantom Vortex create phantoms.

Cool, isn't it? I always enjoy finding some hidden features across Jamaa.

3 Year Anniversary of The Animal Jam Spring

Hey everyone!
By the title of this post, I'm guessing you'll know what I'm going to talk about. The Animal Jam Spring's first post was on October 10th, 2014, and that was also the day I created the blog. That date is coming up again- meaning that my blog has been around for three years. This is honestly a huge accomplishment and I'm very happy for my blog. All these years I've had so many supporters, friends and viewers. Everyone has really contributed to my original wish of becoming a blogger. And guess what? It came true. I'm glad you all still read my blog, even if it isn't as great currently.
Now, the question is, should I host a party? I'm leaning towards no right now, but plan on having a giveaway. I think the Giveaway is a better idea.

GUESS WHO MIGHT BE BACK TO REGULAR POSTING?
Yeah, me.
I haven't even been posting regularly for so long, and just making this update post feels good. I honestly feel like I will be able to post again more often now if I stick to the tight schedule.
Just to point this out, I've noticed how horrible the views on this blog are. It had so much more potential, but when I really let it go back around early August, it lost views. I don't really care about them anymore, and I'm only here again to log the history of Animal Jam/provide interesting posts.
Now, on with the post. The new item today is Halloween themed and can be purchased in Jam Mart Furniture!

I just recently saw something in the default den that I never noticed before. I swear that it wasn't thee before, but I could be wrong. Look at the pathway. Did you ever notice the stones were colored? I don't remember them being that way and I just realized this.

I find this cool and weird at the same time. How did I never notice?
