New Underwater Den/Land?

honestly, for this post, I feel like I don't need an intro.
So... I just watched the sneak peak for tomorrow's update. It is looking really interesting!

In this sneak peak, it shows a whole new underwater area. Do you think that this will be a den or a land? I think it'll most likely be a new den, but I still have my hopes up for a land. I've been waiting for a new land for so long. However, a new underwater den would still be nice- it's what AJHQ is doing to make the oceans more popular.
