Summer V.S. Winter

Then today is the last day to pick up your Spring Flower crown!

And shouldn't this of already left since it is Winter?
I went to Aldan and I saw alot of roleplayers.

I don't understand roleplayers- could someone tell me what they do this for? What is the whole reason?
