Glitched Rare Top Hat?

Guys, I was just doing research for the next items of Jamaa episode, but then I stumbled across this Top Hat in the Diamond Shop.

Could this top hat be glitched? It's all magenta, and what kind of name is "Custom Top Hat"? I guess we'll just have to find out. But I hope AJHQ says something soon, because this could turn into an interesting topic.
