Rare Wristband, Daily Explorer Update & My Opinion

Well, it's Penguin! I'm back for today's update post. Let's begin. Here is the rare released today.

 I'd like to share with you my opinion on today's rare. First of all, AJHQ makes it seem like this rare is the best thing ever in the Daily Explorer post. But is it, really? Not in my opinion. But overall it's okay. Here it is on my main look.
